Sad news to report as Fergie Jenkins' wife Lydia passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday.
Jenkins posted about the passing on his Twitter account. "It is with a heavy heart that I share my bride Lydia of 24 years unexpectedly passed away yesterday," he posted. The official Twitter account of the Chicago Cubs posted the following message: "Fergie, we are very sorry to hear this news.
