SAN FRANCISCO — Continuing to earn his keep in his first season with the Chicago Cubs, third baseman Patrick Wisdom powered out his second home run of Sunday's game, giving him a club record six home runs in his first eight starts as a Cub. Wisdom's seventh dinger of the season, the game-tying two-run jack traveled 422 feet out to center field at Oracle Park.

The two-out long ball plated center fielder Ian Happ and evened the score at 3-3. Entering Sunday, San Francisco Giants starter Johnny Cueto had given up just two homers all year, yet Wisdom, who powered out a solo bomb earlier in the game, collected his second round-tripper of the contest off Cueto with a fourth-inning jack on an 87.6-mph slider.
