CHICAGO — Bringing back the post-homer bullpen dancing that was once a fixture of Chicago Cubs home games, Cubs reliever Pedro Strop channeled his inner Bruce Springsteen by dancing in the dark on Friday. After Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo hit a grand slam in the third inning for the Cubs' fifth home run of the day, Strop celebrated in complete darkness.

A one-man show, Strop strutted his stuff in an unlit bullpen with no one else around him. Strop is quite the character and is probably the only reliever in baseball who would consider dancing in the dark following a home run, but the Cubs' homer-heavy start to Friday's contest at Wrigley Field warranted some type of celebration, so Strop provided it.
