Cubs News: Update on face covering policy at Wrigley Field

by - Senior Editor -

The Chicago Cubs have had fans in the stands during the early section of home games in 2021.

On Wednesday, they updated their mask policy at Wrigley Field by emailing fans.

Here is the new info on masks via the email:

* Face coverings are recommended but no longer required for guests who are fully vaccinated except in all indoor spaces inside the ballpark.

* In addition to Wrigley Field staff, all guests two years and older who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a face-covering at all times except when actively eating or drinking while seated.

* Regardless of vaccination status, individuals who are at risk for severe COVID-19 infection (e.g., immunocompromised) should continue to wear a face-covering while visiting Wrigley Field.

FYI: Games against the Reds and Padres are on sale now at Cubs.com.
