The Cubs would never lead yesterday, as the Brewers would take Game 2 of the spring-series by a final of 7-4, evening the spring series at one each. Steve Cishek made his spring debut, pitching himself out of a jam to provide a scoreless inning in the loss. Full Story »

No more WGN. Kinda sad. Even though they stopped broadcasting yrs ago on WGN Superstation, still a bit sad. My folks getting cable tv with WGN included back in 1982 is what made me a lifetime Cubs fan. Watching Harry Carey and Stoney was the best. And the summer of 84 was an amazing ride as I was a 15 yr old and my folks going thru a divorce. That team alone helped a kid from S.C. out way more than they could imagine and I’ll never forget it. I absolutely loved that team.
