I'm a lifelong Cubs fan, and I absolutely loved this year's field of dreams game. That said, this is a horrible idea. The Cubs, well, they suck. I would not have the Cubs play next year. Bring in a team that has more fire power. Schedule the Cubs in a few years.

the best game I could imagine for next year would feature the Dodgers in Brooklyn Uniforms vs the Giants in New York Giant uniforms. Both teams are competitive and a game like this would have the historic draw as well as being of interest to both coasts.

I'd love to see the Cubs face off against the Yankees in 3 or 4 years in that game.
