You can never have enough arms.

The Chicago Cubs have reportedly signed righty Ryan Meisinger to a minor league deal, according to the MiLB transaction page.

The 26-year-old has had big-league stints with the Cardinals (2020) and the Orioles (2018).

Mesinger had a 0.00 ERA in 2.2 innings with St. Louis last season.

For his MLB career, he has a 5.70 ERA with 24 strikeouts and a 1.39 WHIP in 20 appearances (1 start).

This is another low-risk move to add some pitching depth in the organization, and he will likely pitch at Triple-A Iowa.
