WATCH: Johneshwy Fargas goes airborne, makes impressive diving catch |
CHICAGO — Going airborne and making a spectacular catch in right field, Johneshwy Fargas flashed the leather for the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday night. Robbing Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Rowdy Tellez of a hit in the top of the second, Fargas left his feet and hauled in an impressive grab at Wrigley Field.
Cubs starting pitcher Alec Mills displayed his appreciation for Fargas going all out and making the catch. The lineout led off the top of the second, which ended up as a 1-2-3 frame. A recent acquisition, Fargas has already displayed his defensive aptitude multiple times in a Cubs uniform. .@Johneshwy lays out! pic.twitter.com/lRchg3K9Oc
