WATCH: Seiya Suzuki crushes his first homer as a Cub

A big moment for the new foundational piece of the Cubs.

Chicago Cubs outfielder Seiya Suzuki smoked a two-run homer in the fourth inning to put the Cubs up 6-2 against the Mariners on Wednesday.

It was his first hit and first homer as a Cubs player as the baseball went SEIYAAAA LATER into the crowd.

Last season, Suzuki hit .317 with 38 homers.
