Chicago pitcher Jon Lester has been named the NL pitcher of the month for June. Lester went 4-0 with 1.41 ERA and was first in innings pitched and tied for wins in the month.
It is the fourth time Lester has earned a Pitcher of the Month honor but first since moving to the National League. Jake Arrieta also won the award in the month of April. Congratulations to @JLester34, NL Pitcher of the Month for June! pic.twitter.com/xVQjzasHVf
