Chicago Cubs second baseman Nico Hoerner has agreed to a three-year contract extension worth $35 million according to multiple reports, including ESPN. Hoerner, a second baseman, has shown great potential in his young career. In the 2022 season, he hit .281 with a career-high 10 homers, 20 stolen bases, and 55 RBIs.
