WATCH: Patrick Wisdom hammers solo homer against Brewers

Chicago Cubs third baseman Patrick Wisdom hammered a solo homer in the fifth inning against the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday night.

It pulled the Cubs within three runs at 5-2.

It was his 21st homer of the season, and it traveled an estimated 377 feet with 104 MPH exit velocity.

This gives him the team lead in homers for the season.
