The Chicago Bears announced several moves before Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders.

They have activated defensive end Jacob Martin and running back Travis Homer off injured reserve and elevated safety Tarvarius Moore to the active roster.

To make room, they have released fullback Khari Blasingame and waived receiver Velus Jones Jr.

Homer was on the IR after suffering a finger injury in practice.

For the season, he has three rushes for 16 yards. He has extra value as an elite special teams piece.

Martin was dealing with a toe injury before he was placed on the IR.

In six seasons across 91 games, he has 85 tackles and 18 sacks.

Moore has played in 10 special team snaps and has a tackle this season for the Bears.
