Say what you want to about Andy Dalton but he has some leadership qualities.

During Sunday's win against the Bengals, Dalton went down with a right knee injury (bone bruise) that sidelined him for the second half of action.

Dalton's didn't pout and sit on the bench not watching the game but cheered on backup rookie quarterback Justin Fields after a crucial first down.

"YEAH! I see ya, Justin," Dalton screamed. "Huge play! GOD, that was a big play. Huge play. Way to go, man."

Regardless of how the season shakes out at the quarterback position, Dalton certainly has been supportive and a mentor-type for Fields.
