
Chicago Cubs announce Opening Day 2022 roster, Alec Mills to IL |
CHICAGO – The Chicago Cubs have set their Opening Day 28-man roster in advance of their 2022 season opener this afternoon vs. the Milwaukee Brewers.
The Cubs have placed three players on the 10-day injured list, all retroactive to April 4: right-handed pitcher
Alec Mills (low back strain), left-handed pitcher Wade Miley (left elbow inflammation) and infielder Andrelton Simmons (right shoulder inflammation).
