Cubs News: Gametimes announced for rest of NLDS |
The Chicago Cubs (92-70) will battle the Washington Nationals in game one of the NLDS at 6:31 p.m. CDT on Friday night televised on TBS.
Major League Baseball announced on Friday the rest of the start times of the divisional series as Game 3 will be 3:08 p.m. CT at Wrigley Field on Monday. If both ALDS series are swept, game three will be aired at 4:38 p.m. CT. This is great news for Chicago fans as they can watch a potential Cubs win and then not miss Mitch Trubisky's first NFL start the same day. Game 4 Nationals vs. Cubs will be 4:38 p.m. CT on Tuesday aired on TBS followed by Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks at 8:08 p.m. CT on TBS. However, if there is only one NLDS game left, then game four of the NLDS will be played Tuesday at 7:08 p.m. CT on TBS. Game five of Cubs vs. Nationals will be 4:38 p.m. CT on Friday aired on TBS followed by Diamondbacks at 8:08 p.m. CT on TBS. However, if there is only one NLDS game left, then game five of the NLDS will be played Friday at 7:08 p.m. CT on TBS. All of this is sorta confusing but check out the graph below if you need to double check later.
