Contreras hits a two-run homer vs. Cardinals

Cubs rookie catcher Willson Contreras hit a two-run homer to left-center field in the seventh inning against the St. Louis Cardinals. It was recorded at 105.2 MPH off of his bat which is the hardest ball he has hit in the majors.

Since his major league call-up on Friday, he is batting .444 (4 for 9) with two homers and five RBIs. Coming off the bench, he is 2-2 with two homers and four RBIs on the season.

Contreras came into the game when Miguel Montero was injured on a home plate play in the sixth inning.
