Cubs to move bullpens under bleachers

Cubs owner Tom Rickets spoke on Saturday during the annual Cubs convention and confirmed that the bullpens will be moved under the bleachers for next season.

He stated some safety concerns for the outfielders for one of the reasons for the change.
