by - Staff Writer -

On this edition of the Cubs Corner, presented by Coach’s Bar and Grill, Anthony welcomed AL Expert Bob Fiorante on the show to discuss the World Series and recap the season.

The pair began by describing the World Series and delivering their congratulations to the Los Angeles Dodgers and their defeat of the Tampa Bay Rays in 6 games. The group highlighted the stellar performances of Mookie Betts and Randy Arozarena to name a few.

In addition to that, they chatted about Kevin Cash’s controversial decision to remove Blake Snell after five innings and a third of two-hit ball.

After that, the two analyzed how MLB handled Covid-19 all year long and talked about how Justin Turner’s positive test slipped through the cracks and how the Dodgers and the MLB mismanaged that situation.

Finally, the duo group gave their predictions for this year’s awards.
